On arrivalWe are happy for you to spend time with us making sure your cat is settled.. You are welcome to sit in the suite with your pet for a little while, to make sure he/she is happy.
We don’t pull cats out of baskets here, we place the guests in their travel box in the rooms and they can decide when they feel confident enough to explore. We will store your basket for the duration of your cat's stay with us if required.
Your “guest requirements” form may be done online, printed and brought with you or we can help you fill it out here.
We will need to see a current vaccination certificate for each guest (flu and enteritis at least) and that must stay with us for the duration of your cat's stay.
Payment
Payment in full is required at time of check-out. Payment facilities are provided for cash, cheque or Bank transfer
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be charged to secure your reservation and will be deducted from the final bill.
We require fourteen days notice in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations with less than fourteen days notice will incur the full charge and balance to be paid. If the suite can be rebooked, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Opening hours are adhered to. This ensures our residents are not disturbed when settling in upon arrival and when settling down for the evening.

We are closed to the public on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
All visitors to Balneath Wood Cat Hotel enter at their own risk and the management team cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to visitors’ property, animals or person whilst within the grounds of the cattery.
